Hi I'm Kaisha

I grew up in Utah. I love to play volleyball. I'm currently serving a mission in Taipei, Taiwan and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am currently a sophomore in college studying Communications and Family Life Studies. I hope to one day become either a high school counselor or a marriage and family therapist. I think school is so much fun and I love to learn. I enjoy playing sports, games, the piano and reading. Some of my goals in life include hiking the Grand Canyon, going on a canoeing trip, completing a triathlon, and the one I'm most excited for- getting married in the temple to some incredibly handsome priesthood holder and starting an eternal family of my own! I recently received my mission call to the Taiwan Taipei mission, and cannot wait to learn Mandarin Chinese and serve my brothers and sisters in Taiwan! I come from a family of ten, have five sisters and two brothers, and love my family and the gospel of Jesus Christ more than anything. What to say about me... I'm a Mormon and I'm proud of it!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because for me there is no other way. I've been blessed to have a knowledge of our Father and Jesus Christ my whole life, but I've also experienced what it's like to turn from them and try to live life however I wanted. I can tell you right now that once you've felt what it's like to live the way the gospel teaches, no other way can even come close to making you as happy! I'm a Mormon because I want to be a Mormon. I've questioned, searched, studied and found answers, and nothing can compare to the joy that comes with knowing the truth. I'm a Mormon because it makes me happy, I'm a Mormon because it's right.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by actively participating in my ward. Right now I am the luckiest girl in the world because I get to play with and teach the 18 month to three year old kids every single week! They are the coolest kids in the world and I love being with them and witnessing their simple faith.
