Hi I'm Roger Johnson

I grew up in Los Angeles. I love my family and I am grateful the trials in my life. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy playing volleyball, ultimate frisbee and being outdoors. I am currently pursuing a Communication degree. I served a mission in Tacoma Washington and loved every minute of it. I enjoy classic films and learning about history.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have studied what the church believes and prayed to ask Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ if the doctrines are true. I have a received a confirmation of the truth of these doctrines through the Holy Ghost in my heart and mind. There are many thing in this world that promise happiness. It is my belief that the only thing that brings true lasting happiness in this life is living the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ everyday of our lives.

How I live my faith

I am currently the assistant ward clerk and I serve on the activities committee for the ward.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Roger Johnson
Mormon missionaries proselyte because it is what Christ instructed his follower to do and because they have seen the gospel of Jesus Christ bless their lives so they want to offer others the opportunity to receive those blessings in their lives. Show more Show less

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Roger Johnson
