Hi I'm Robert E L ingram

I grew up in Texas, was baptized in the Dallas Branch, Texas-Louisiana Mission. I am a Mormon1

About Me

I served in the U S Navy, 1950-1954. I Went to BYU in 1954-55, graduated from the U of Utah in 1958, and ASU in 1965. I Taught Chemistry at Arizona western college, Yuma, from 1964 to 1995. My family and I have toured most of the lower 48--missing several states of the northern tier--our children have spread across the US. We are now in the Yuma Mesa Ward of the Yuma Arizona Stake.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was first introduced to the book of Mormon as a youth, I realized the great truths that this book contained, and received a testimony that Joseph smith was truly a Prophet of god. I retain that testimony to this day.

How I live my faith

I am a volunteer in the Yuma Family History Center, and try to seek for my family roots. I also spend time as a docent at the Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park, and help foster young Boy Scouts in becoming Eagle Scouts, by auditing their applications to ensure that all information is totally correct, that this process can be completed for this Award!
