Hi I'm Kaylyn

I was born into an LDS family and have been a member all of my life. I am married and a mother of one daughter.

About Me

I have been married for two and a half years and am a mother to one little girl. I completed my Associate's degree, as well as my prerequisites for the nursing program but then our daughter was born and I stopped attending school. My husband and I currently manage an apartment complex.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to remain faithful to my Savior Jesus Christ and His church for many reasons. Through living His gospel I have found peace and hope in the hard times, and assurance that He will be there for me. As I have obeyed the teachings and principles of the gospel I have had many blessings come to my life. But really it all comes down to the fact the gospel and His true Church have brought me true happiness. I have had the Holy Ghost bear witness to me that it is true and I cannot deny it.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is really an every day thing. Our family says prayers together each morning and night as well as over our meals. I do my best to read the scriptures, including the Book of Mormon each day. In my ward/congregation I serve by coordinating service needed for fellow ward members, such as visiting the sick and taking meals to a family after having a baby. I along with another woman in the ward are responsible to visit and check up on two other women in the ward.
