Hi I'm Paul Brown

I grew up in San Pedro, Ca. I have lived in Hawaii, Utah, New Jersey and Nevada. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have picked up alot of hobbies growing up in Southern California. I enjoy most sports including basketball, football, baseball, surfing, bicycling, running, weight training and paintball. My family enjoys going camping especially on a beach. I run a family owned business in the Construction Industry and also I am a student with BYU-Idaho. I enjoy sharing all these activities with my wife and three kids. I was born and raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I just wanted to do what was right for me even if that meant to walk away from the faith that my parents raised me in. I believed my parents would not have disregarded me because I already tested those boundaries like most children. In my own way I discovered the truths of God, his plan and most importantly the Atonement of his son, Jesus Christ. When I found out there is a God, I wanted to know God and understand our relationship. I find what I need in the Holy Bible, The Book of Mormon and, the teachings of modern day prophets. I am a Mormon because that is where God wants me.

How I live my faith

I attend worship services every Sunday. I fit in time to read the scriptures most days of the week . I have volunteered as an Assistant Boy Scout leader and Sunday School Teacher in the past. My current assignment is to be the second counselor to the Bishop in our local area.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Paul Brown
I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude when I began to understand the atonement of Jesus Christ. The desire to share what I learned was simultaneous. Thats why I chose to go on a mission and I would do it again. Show more Show less
