Hi I'm Dave

I grew up in Rexburg Idaho, served a mission to the New Zealand North Mission and now live in Pocatello, Idaho.

About Me

I still love sports even thought I can't play them anymore. I was a High School Basketball official for 32 years. My wife and I have been married for 38 years and have 6 children and 22 grandchildren. We met at Ricks College. I am actively involved in my community and the LDS Church. I love to spend time with my family. I am also a brick mason of nearly 40 years. I love to create things that people will look at for a long time.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I have always had faith in the Savior. As I served a mission for the Church I discovered for myself that God lives, and that He loves me. I believe that the most important things in life are service to God, Family, and Community.

How I live my faith

I enjoy working with people and my current Church assignment is fun because I schedule appointments for our Stake leaders. I get to be there and greet people as they come for those appointments so I have a great job. I serve on a couple of boards in my community including work with our local Chamber of Commerce.
