Hi I'm Blair

I’m an outdoorsman, bow hunter, antler hunter, full time taxidermist, I’m a Mormon.

About Me

Being raised in a small town in eastern Idaho near the Wyoming border, where my Great Grand Parents settled, has given me a great love for the outdoors and thankfulness to God for his creations. I had good parents that taught me to love the gospel and the rewards of working hard and when there was time the joy of playing hard. I have been blessed with one of Gods choice daughters as an eternal companion and have been blessed with three sons and four daughters and ten grandchildren so far. Some of my most enjoyable moments are spent with my family riding horses through the mountains hunting and enjoying seeing the wildlife and all of Gods creations.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church and my parents taught me the teachings of the church. As I studied and gained my own testimony I came to understand Gods love for us his children and that the family is ordained of God and it is the most important unit in time and in eternity. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints provides the organization and means for teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to all of God’s children. It has the priesthood authority to administer the ordinances of salvation and exaltation to all who are worthy and willing to accept them. With this knowledge that families can be together for eternity who wouldn’t want to be a Mormon?

How I live my faith

With various church responsibilities throughout my life, mostly working with young men in scouting, setting a good example has been important to me. Always asking myself are you living and representing the church the way Christ would want me to? Christ said if you love me keep my commandments. So I try to keep the commandments and do my church assignments and repent and accept the atonement of Christ in my life each day.
