Hi I'm Kim Andersen

I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm a plumber/pipefitter by trade. My wife and I enjoy photography, camping and just getting out and exploring the wilds of America. We recently were blessed with receiving our 13th grandchild. What a blessing these little ones bring to our life. We were fortunate to live in Costa Rica for about 9 months, and have some wonderful memories of that stay and some very dear friends that we hope to see again.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that was already of the Mormon faith, but as I grew older, I gained a testimony of the church and its teachings. I have a profound belief and testimony of the church and it's teachings. I have not found another religion that makes as much common sense as does the LDS faith. I believe that it is the same church now, as it was when Jesus Christ organized it in the old world. This brings great comfort to me personnally.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending our weekly religious meetings, normally held on Sunday. We are asked to use what we learn not only on Sunday but to try to put the teachings to use throughout the rest of the week. On Wednesday I meet with a cubscout pack to teach them scouting and hopefully how to be good citizens n our community.
