Hi I'm Moroni

I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up in Tennesse and had 6 siblings. I have been married for 10 years and we have 4 beautiful daughters. I am in marketing by profession and have been doing it for over 8 years, but been with my current company for a little less than 2 years. I enjoy running, I have completed a few 10Ks, one half marathon, and one full marathon. I'm looking for complete my second marathon next year. I also enjoy playing sports like basketball, tennis, softball, and football. I come from a musical family and can play the piano, clarinet, and I sing when the occasion permits. I also, love being a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

Originally I am a Mormon because my parents are Mormons. They took me to church (sometimes they dragged me to church), they taught me correct principles, and were good examples to me of what true followers of Christ should be. Now I choose to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I know that it is the true church of God. I have read the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, and the Bible, and I have asked my Father in Heaven if these scriptures are from Him and are true. I have received confirmation from the Holy Ghost with an overwhelming feeling of peace and joy that I have no doubt that this church is His true church on the Earth. I continue to be a Mormon, because when I continue to read the scriptures and serve in the Lord's kingdom, that testimony I received many years ago becomes stonger. I now get to teach my children these same doctrines of the gospel as I pray that they will seek on their own to develop their testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that this is the true and everlasting gospel of God and I'm so grateful to Him for His wonderful Plan of Happiness for all His children. I know this is true and I know that my Redeemer lives!

How I live my faith

I have held many callings in my life. The most important at this time is a dedicated husband and father. I have served a mission in the Philippines Cebu Mission and I still have many friends that I keep in contact with that were fellow missionaries as well as local members. Currently I am the Ward Mission Leader and I enjoy getting to know the missionaries and continuing this great work in Wisconsin.
