Hi I'm Rebecca

I love chocolate, running, studying the scriptures. I love my husband & 7children, my Savior & my Heavenly Father.

About Me

I am a mom who loves to stay home with her kids. My goal is to take time with each of them during the day to help them feel special and to gain a greater self-esteem. But it is also wonderful to have family dance time or play a game together. It is during this time that we recognize the blessing of a large family. We are grateful to have each other. It's the best when we hold hands in family prayer and look around at our big circle. At the same time, I'm working on my own indIvidual worth, striving to strengthen my weaknesses & my personal relationship with my Heavenly Father. I want to be a better person. I want to serve more. I want to be more Christlike.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I chose to be baptized and enter into his church. I know that our heavenly father loves us and that he sent his son here to help us make it back to him. I know he has given us a plan, a way through the gospel to learn and obey his commandments and make covenants with Him. I know my Savior died for me that I might be able to overcome of my weaknesses and be forgiven of my sins. I know we have a living prophet today that leads and guides this church. I know we have continued revelation and I know the book of Mormon is true and is the word of God. It is such a blessing to go through life with these understandings.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day as I serve my family. I also serve in my church as a compassionate service leader. I organize help for those that are in need. Either the sick ,those who have had babies or those who are just having tough times. Kind women of the church prepare meals, help tend to children or help in any way they can. There is nothing better than losing your self in service. I am so grateful to be able to be apart of an amazing relief society. This helps me be more aware of others & ultimately obey the first commandment... To love god first with all my heart, might, mind and strength. Everything else falls into place after that!
