Hi I'm Steven Frankenberry

I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania. I love all sports and cars. I have the best friends & family in the world. I'm Mormon.

About Me

I am the second oldest of 4. My older sister is serving a mission in Ohio, and she is such an example to me. I have great parents who have taught me A LOT. I grew up in a small town in Pleasantville, Pennsylvania. I was so blessed to have the best family and friends I could ever ask for. I have love for cars! I love to look, fix, and of course DRIVE them. I love to play sports! I have played soccer since I was about 3 years old and never stopped. I also love to play pretty much any sport. I love to snowboard and wakeboard! I never really planned on serving a mission until some pretty dramatic things happened. I was blessed to have the support of my family and my friends. I chose to serve a mission in the summer of 2012. I left January 2nd, 2013. I am currently serving in the Oregon Salem Mission. It has been quite an experience for me! To say the least.. I have grown so much and have gained a better appreciation for the lives of others and how blessed I truly am. I am accepted to BYU for pre-med, and plan on becoming an orthopedic surgeon. I know it's not going to be easy, but I know it will be worth it. I return from my mission and start attending school January 2015.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, but like anyone else, I needed to know for myself. The biggest reason that I know that this is where I need to be, is that I see the blessing that this church brings to the lives of others. I've studied the book of Mormon, and it has so many applications and lessons to learn. I truly know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I see the blessings that the temple can bring to our lives, and I look forward to getting married there someday. The Spirit that I feel on a daily basis really reaffirms my faith.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by putting my trust in the Lord, and serving him with all my heart, might, mind, and strength. That's something that hasn't been easy for me.. But I'm working on that every single day.
