Hi I'm Randi Allred

Hi, I'm Randi. I am a missionary currently serving in the Washington Vancouver Mission. I love music, aviation and food :)

About Me

I've had the privilege to preach gospel in the English language for 13 months, then I was switched to American Sign Language! I return home from the beautiful Washington Vancouver Mission September 2017, but plan to always wear the tag in my heart. I love to sing and do anything with music. I believe it truly is a gift from our Father in Heaven to use to connect with others and express ourselves in a way that reaches deeper than any words. I am the third child in a family of four girls. I love being outside and having fun with my friends, and I love standing up for what I believe in.

Why I am a Mormon

As many people have asked this same question to me, it didn't hit me until one of my closest friends asked me Why I am a Mormon, and I simply said, because when all else fails my God has pulled me through, and I have felt Him closest to me through the power of the Priesthood, the gift of the Holy Ghost and the gift of the Book of Mormon. Each time I have been questioned and tried, or even questioned myself these three things have given me comfort and closure. I know this church it the true church on this Earth today. I am a Mormon, I know it. I live it. I love it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by turning to the scriptures and to prayer. I know that when we truly turn to these resources, willing to act on any good feeling, thought or impression we have, we can learn to see the way Gods hand has always been in our lives, and understand how He speaks to us. Ive also set aside 18 months of my life to teach others more about this and the Savior, Jesus Christ, 24/7.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Randi Allred
A testimony is what we know and believe is true. I, along with many others, have gained one through personal trials and revelation. Show more Show less
