Hi I'm Tanner Hall

I grew up in Idaho. I'm an Olympic level athlete in wrestling. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I have a very fast pace life as an athlete training to make the Olympics and one day win an Olympic gold. I have competed in the sport of wrestling since I was 8 years old. Before moving home in preparation to go on my mission to Uganda I have lived in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Training Center for the past year and a half. This has been a very interesting experience as I have been able to meet with people that come from all over the world. I have been fortunate enough that through wrestling I have been able to travel a lot! I love traveling! I have been to every continent except for Africa and Antarctica and will be able to cross Africa off the list once I arrive in Uganda. I feel so very greatful with all of the blessing I have received and am glad I get the wonderful chance to share them with the people of Uganda.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I know that this is gods church! I have faith that god and his son, Jesus Christ, appeared before Joseph Smith in the grove and showed him the manner in which he should restore his gospel. Our church is unlike any other I have ever been too, if you ever get the chance to come to a Sunday meeting, you will know what I am talking about. I recently had a chance to go through a temple open house. There in no greater place on this earth than the temple. Once you enter the temple you will know without a doubt that it is the lords house.

How I live my faith

Since I travel a lot through sports I have not had the opportunity to hold a calling in my church in the past year. Instead I try my hardest to lead by example. I have had many opportunities to stand for my beliefs and stand for what I know is right. I feel one of the best ways to connect to people is to just live righteously in hopes that they will notice.
