Hi I'm Shelby Hippard

I'm from Canada. I'm an artist. I love people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Shelby. I love art, plants, animals, I love the mountains but most of all I have to say that I love people. I love love. For almost two years I've been a disability support worker, but I am about to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because in a world of confusion, of opinions, of deceit and selfishness, the church is the place I find refuge. Beyond that, being a member of the church has brought me happiness beyond belief. I have learned to serve the people around me, and how to love them. The progress I have made on myself with the help of this gospel is phenomenal. I would not be the person I am today without the Savior in my life, and his people. I have not seen Christ in the flesh. Yet, his countenance shines from every smile in my little Ward. These are good people. I bear my testimony before you that I have followed the wonderful feelings and blessings all the way to the heart of this church, Jesus Christ. I am grateful for his atonement. I am grateful for the many opportunities I have had. I could never express fully how much this all means to me. I know that this gospel is true.

How I live my faith

I think the best thing about life is making friends. People are amazing. I just got released from being the break the fast co-chair (going on a mission!!!). I made and helped make monthly meals for break the fast and snacks for mix and mingle.
