Hi I'm Hannah

I grew up in Georgia but live in Minnesota. I am a homemaker and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to craft. I am trying to teach myself to sew. I am a mother of five children. I love taking of people and animals. I currently home school the remaining two children. I am married to a wonderful man. I love my children. I enjoy gardening, but baking/cooking is my passion.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with a mother always looking for the correct religion. She never found the correct one. I knew that the religions that I have been in before were not correct, so when missionaries came to the door one evening, I had a feeling that this is what I had been looking for. I married in the church but was soon divorced. This hurt over the years, and my testimony was weak. I remarried but not in the church. He has since been baptized, along with all of our children. My testimony is strong now. Throughout the 11 years of being a member of the church, I have struggled being faithful and active, but Heavenly Father has never left my side. My testimony grows weak and my struggles seem like burdens when I forget who is there to help me. My Heavenly Father has never left my side but I have let go of his hand. I know that this church is true and whenever I have doubt, I receive confirmation of this through powerful prayer.

How I live my faith

I just received a new calling. I will be putting out a newspaper for our ward every other month. To help those in our community and in our ward. To help them get to know one another and feel connected with what is going on in the ward, even though they cannot be always present at the meetings. I have been fortunate to have served with the youth through our Scouting program and with the primary children during church.
