Hi I'm Sara

I am a stay at home mom living in Southern Nevada. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom to two beautiful girls, they keep me super busy. Sometimes I feel so completely overwhelmed that I want to just sit down and cry. But then I remember that all my babies are all I have ever wanted. Like the saying says: The cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow, But children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow. So quiet down cobwebs; Dust go to sleep! I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep. ~ Ruth Hulbert Hamilton

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the Mormon church. I developed faith in Jesus Christ early on in life and loved participating in church and the various activities that went along with it. When I was 21 I served a mission in New Zealand. It was an amazing experience and I learned and grew in ways I never thought possible. I will be honest, Mormon's are not perfect (surprise! haha). I would be lying if I said that sometimes people at church haven't rubbed me the wrong way or offended me. I go to church because I love my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and have a strong desire to serve them. And guess what? I am not perfect either, but I hope that living the gospel of Jesus Christ will help me to become a better person every day.

How I live my faith

Right now I am partially in charge of the primary children (ages 3-12), I love it:) The kids are so much fun and say the most hilarious things. It is amazing to teach them and watch them learn and understand the gospel of Jesus Christ.
