Hi I'm Courtney

I am a college student who loves outdoor activities and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently in college studying to become a Radiologic Technologist. I grew up playing competitive soccer and still love to play it in my free time. I love to do anything dealing with the outdoors. Most of all, I love the church and the happiness it brings me.

Why I am a Mormon

Throughout my life I have seen the changes of personal happiness the more I completely rely and live my life to the standards of our savior. I know that this gospel is the only place where true happiness exists. I know that my heavenly father knows me individually and knows my needs and has felt my pains. I know that he listens and will always be there for me no matter the situation. He truly can help me to better myself to someday live with him again. I am so excited for the day that we get to see him again and live with our families for all eternity. The small and simple things are most important because those lead to bigger things. I am so thankful for Joseph Smith, for all he did to ensure we had the resource of The Book of Mormon in these latter days. I am thankful for his awesome example of faith by putting every ounce of trust he had in God. The holy spirit leads and guides us to the right path and if we are willing to accept it we will never be lead stray. I believe in our modern day prophets and am so thankful for what they provide us. I believe and bear witness of the power of prayer. Having the ability to communicate with God is such a cool opportunity. When I take the time to get down on my knees in prayer, I know heavenly father is listening and is truly there for me with any problems I have. I love this gospel and all the great joys it brings me and others. I am so thankful to have the knowledge of it and have the ability to share it with others.

How I live my faith

I am currently a teacher for my church, which is a learning experience each time I teach.
