Hi I'm Andy
I grew up in California. I attended Brigham Young University. I believe in peace and loving one another.
About Me
I grew up in a small town in far Northern California where I was one of only a few LDS members. In high school, I performed with a local audition choir, was a member of my school's tennis team, was very involved in scouting, and leadership opportunities. I love the outdoors, as well as the arts. I served a two year mission for the LDS Church in Montana and Wyoming, and currently live in Utah.
Why I am a Mormon
I am a Mormon because I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. I had to discover it for myself after questioning it numerous times. I was one of the stubborn people who couldn't accept help from anyone else. As such, I became inactive for a short time and denied the thought that there could be a Christ. As I was at my lowest point, I came to know, through much strife and tribulation, that the Lord lives. Even when I was all alone suffering in my pains, Christ was there to pick me up and carry me through. I know He lives and I know that being an active member of this Church is what He wants me to do. He has given me all, and it's only fit that I do all I possibly can to return the favour. He is my Saviour and my all. I love Him and I promise to do all that He desires of me.
How I live my faith
I live my faith by sharing the love of God with others. I think it's so important for people to feel love and acceptance regardless of what they do or believe; it's what Christ would do. Through my example and my caring for other people, I'm able to see how my Saviour must see other people.
