Hi I'm Gordon

I am Tongan and Samoan. I am representative of Jesus Christ. I have been called to serve a full-time mission. I am mormon.

About Me

I am the greatest person you will ever meet in your life! I love everyone I meet and I just feel so blessed to live on the earth at this time of the last dispensation and to partake of the fullness of the Gospel. I grew up being shy but I don't know what happened, maybe it was all the hits to the head in rugby but one day I decided being shy is rubbish! Ever since then I have made it a goal to make people laugh and smile no matter where I meet them. I do a pretty good job, I guess being brown and fat helps! I was born In America Samoa but I have more Tongan blood in me than Samoan! You can just say I'm the best of both worlds! Currently home is in Kaysville, UT. Straight out of the hoods of Utah! I am out on a mission right now and I love it!

Why I am a Mormon

Why i am a mormon. I grew up in the church but to say i am a mormon for that reason is sorta lame. The reason why i am proud to be a missionary and a mormon is mainly because of my mother and my family. There were always times were i strayed away from my faith but i always found something missing in my life. My mom being the amazing woman she is was so faithful to the church. She was always there when i was in trouble. She told me thats how the gospel is. Its always there in our lives no matter how dark our paths in life can get. Through the gospel ive come to recognize the blessings of having it in my life and the blessings my family has recieved from it as well. Thats why im serving my mission and thats why im proud to call myself a mormon. For my family, my loving big brother the savior and our loving father in heaven.

How I live my faith

Currently I have been set apart as a missionary to serve for 2 years in the Colorado, Colorado Springs mission. I live my faith everyday right now because that is the foundation of missionary work. Faith is something we missionaries have to exercise to be able to be successful and to bring others to Christ. I haven't always lived by faith but this is the exact reason why I love the Gospel so much is because regardless of our pasts Heavenly Father will look past those past mistakes as long as we exercise Faith in our Savior Jesus Christ. The first step is always the hardest and it doesn't necessarily ever get easy but Christ has promised that he'll be there every step of the way just as long as we keep faithful to the faith. My faith and my testimony are the two things Heavenly Father has given me that no one else can take away from me. Faith means not having a perfect knowledge of something but continuing diligently anyways. Life is crazy and we never know what to expect but as long as we have faith that tomorrow will be a better day we can never go wrong with that.
