Hi I'm Andrew Dunford

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am a sports and longboarding fanatic. Yeah I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am currently a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and have been called to serve in the Mexico Puebla South Mission! Previously I attended the University of Utah. I enjoy school, working on getting my Bachelor's degree in Business. I hope to become an orthodontist, and work with my dad in building his furniture store. I live for sports. I was born in Belmont, Massachusetts (suburb of Boston), and have grown up loving the Patriots, Celtics, and Red Sox. I'm also a big time Utah Jazz fan. In High School competed in state Swimming and Tennis. My guilty pleasure is longboarding. Whenever I feel stressed out or mad, I know that I have two steps to calm down. Go ride that plank of wood, and read the Book of Mormon. I am the oldest child of a family of seven, having four little sisters.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I have a very strong testimony of Heavenly Father, his son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. I have read the Book of Mormon and have received an answer of its truthfulness, and I know with every fiber of my being that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God. I was raised in the Church, and has helped me to live a life of high morals influenced by people around me. I am so glad I am a member of this true Church, and there is no place I would rather be than where I am right now, serving the Lord.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am serving a mission for the church in Puebla, Mexico. I love it. The opportunity to share the gospel like this is incredible, and there is no better feeling than teaching others the Gospel. I am so thankful for the opportunity and priviledge to serve my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.
