Hi I'm Allison

I'm a wife, step-mom, runner, nurse, lover of chocolate, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love life! Working as an oncology nurse, the one thing I've really learned from my patients is to be happy, enjoy your family, and live life to the fullest. Recently I became a wife and a step-mom. Marrying my husband was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has not come without its challenges though. Becoming a step-mom has been difficult, but my Heavenly Father and husband have been right by my side as I have been facing these changes and challenges. God wants us to be happy, and I have learned that it is only through him that we can enjoy the fullness of happiness. I'm taking it one day at a time, looking for the good, and striving to be happy. I pray that through me others will want to come unto Christ and build their relationship with him.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because when I look back on all the happy times in my life, those moments were all made possible because of the Savior and the gospel. I love knowing that as I follow in the Saviors footsteps I will be able to return to my Heavenly Father again and live with my family forever. I know my Heavenly Father loves me, wants me to succeed, and is always there for me. He is my best friend. He hears and answers my prayers, he is my constant companion. I know that I am never alone, he is always there with me as long as I am living my life in accordance to his will. I know that as we work to serve others we are serving the Savior. I know this church is true. I have never doubted it. I am a Mormon, I know it, I live it, I love it!

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my actions and words. Those I work with know who I am, what I stand for, and respect me for it.
