Hi I'm Robb

I grew up in Utah. I am a business owner. I love to golf. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a Dad and a Grandpa. I love the outdoors, running a business, and serving my fellowman. I find satisfaction in doing yard work, keeping things clean and organized. Some of my greatest joys come when I am doing something with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family. My parents were multi generation Mormons. I was raised with the teachings of Jesus Christ as the basis for much of what we did. I never felt we were odd or unusual, but rather that I was being taught a way of life based upon understanding and beliefs that were founded in what was right, what was best and what would bring into life the greatest happiness. There did come a time when it was important, in fact essential, for me to discover if that which I was taught was actually that which it had been purported to be. That experience led me to sincerely investigate for myself the credibility of that which I was taught during my childhood and youth. My method was quite simply a sincere study of the Book of Mormon. There is a promise associated with the the study and prayerful consideration of this book. In essence it states that if one will study and ask in prayer with a sincere heart and real intent, the truth of this volume will be spiritually manifest to him/her. In my sincere attempt at this invitation, I was offered the enlightenment I sought in a way previously unknown, difficult to describe, but undeniably certain. Inasmuch as the Book of Mormon is exclusive to the doctrine of the Mormon Church, my upbringing and family traditions became a very real and very untraditional part of who I am and what I strive to do. The book testifies of Jesus Christ and witnesses of His life, His teachings and His Gospel. It is truly a volume of Holy Writ.

How I live my faith

My faith is something that is not just a worship service event. It is in fact my way of life. I have a firm belief in a loving Heavenly Father as well as in His son Jesus Christ. My faith centers around the life, the teachings and the example of Jesus Christ. While I have a full-time job, a family and many personal interests, I spend anywhere from 5 to 40 hours a week in fulfilling a responsibility that I was asked to perform. I find significant satisfaction and purpose in that which I do. The service I render is in essence toward meeting the needs and challenges and promoting the good in the lives of the people I serve. There are about 3500 people under the responsibilities I have. Interestingly enough some of the greatest joys in my life come when those whom I serve find resolution to that which vexes their lives, make choices that set them in a direction of purpose and success and or express their own feelings of faith that align with that which I hold in such deep esteem.
