Hi I'm Phillip Keith May

I was converted on Nov,5th 2011. In Lincoln, Nebraska.

About Me

I am 23 years old . I am the only Mormon in my family, I always want to learn more about the faith when i was younger and then at 19 years old i had the opportunity to speak with some missionaries in Iowa but i ignored them and avoided them for three years. Finally i went to college in Nebraska and was "kind of tricked" in to talking to the missionaries in Lincoln, Nebraska but i am so glad that I sat down and listened to what they had to teach me and they actually started teaching me in September of 2011 and I was baptized on November 5th,2011. I know the church is true an that the book of Mormon is true. All you have to do is read the book and pray about and you to will find out like i did that there is a prophet here on earth today.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because i have read the book of Mormon and prayed about it and i received my answer from god that the church was true.

How I live my faith

I may not be very active in the church but i do help the missionaries out by giving them new prospects and helping them teach and give my testimony when ever i can to my friends.

In whom should we have faith?

In order to come closer to Heavenly Father and receive all the blessings that He has for you, you must first develop faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. The Apostle Peter taught that “there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). Faith in God is more than a theoretical belief in Him. To have faith in God is to trust Him, to have confidence in Him, and to be willing to act on your belief in Him. It is a principle of a belief in Him. To have faith in God is to trust Him, to have confidence in Him, and to be willing to act on your belief in Him. It is a principle of action and power. Show more Show less
