Hi I'm Jessica

I'm a mother of 4 with a wonderful husband. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mother of 4 young children. I have a wonderful husband. I love to play softball and hike with my family. I love music to listen to and dance to. I love to do Zumba, it's so much fun! I am what you would call a Christmas freak, I love Christmas! My favorite Christmas show is Elf. I also love sunflowers, they are my favorite! I'm going to college online full time to be a school counselor when I grow up. I also volunteer with a charity called Homeless Backpacks where we help homeless teenage kids by providing food for them over the weekends when they are not in school. Most of all I love my Savoir Jesus Christ and am so grateful for all that He has done for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to be a Mormon because my core beliefs that family is very important and that our Savoir Jesus Christ loves us is what this church is all about. My family is very important to me and I want to always be with them and this Gospel, this church provides me with that opportunity. I know my Savoir lives. I know He provided a way for me and my family to return back to my Heavenly Fathers presence. I know that by following His example we can all live with our Father in Heaven again. I'm so grateful for His sacrifice for me, without it there would be no way for me to live with my Father in Heaven again. I know Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and that he did translate the Book of Mormon for us read and learn from now. I know that we have a living prophet of God today, Thomas S. Monson, and that he leads and guides us on what we need to do to return to our Father in Heaven. I don't know where I would be today without having this church in my life. I love being a Mormon!

How I live my faith

Like I mentioned before I volunteer with a charity called Homeless Backpacks and we help homeless teenagers by working with school counselors and provide the teens with food for the weekend when they are not in school. I also work with the boy scouts in our church, I am the Cub committee chair for our unit of scouts and help these young boys with getting their advancements. I also go and visit different women in my church every month and talk to them and check on them to make sure the their needs are being met. I sing in our church choir with my husband and absolutely love it.
