Hi I'm David Henderson

I'm serving as a doctor for the Mormon missionaries in Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a father of five children, and worked as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist for 30 years. I was a Mormon Bishop for five years. I love cycling, white-water kayaking, windsurfing, and I wish I was better at kite surfing.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a strong testimony that this is the Lord's church, and that its leaders are inspired, kind individuals who are guided in His work by his Spirit. I have felt his guidance and love in my life, and I know that when I live the teachings of the church, that influence increases.

How I live my faith

I am presently serving a two-year volunteer assignment for the Church, and I live in Bogotá, Colombia with my wife. I help supervise the health care of the over 1,500 Mormon missionaries in three countries, and travel to help teach them and make sure they are getting good care when it is needed.
