Hi I'm Rob

I was born and raised in Utah. I am serving a full-time mission in Edmonton Canada. I've been really blessed, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Okay...yes I'm a utahite, but it is the place to be! I grew up in a very small town, and went to a tiny 2A High school. I went to a semester of school at Utah St. University before my mission. I also enjoy golf and worked cart staff at a golf course for 3 years. I absolutely love basketball! Most of my life has been focused on it. Ever since 6th grade I have loved to play guitar as well. I'll play guitar for all most anyone, but if you ask me to sing too that's when I get nervous. Most of my life I actually didn't want to serve a mission, but when I was about 17 I started to realize what was most important in my life. I have been so blessed by the gospel in my life. I'm so grateful to be out in Canada dedicating all my days for 2 years to share the blessings of the gospel. The church has kept my family really close together and has also helped us through the really tough times. When I was younger I kinda just went through the emotions with the church. I've come to a realization of just how important it really is. My testimony of this church has grown tremendously since I have been out on my mission. The church is true!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this church is true, and I have developed a testimony of this over time as I have grown up little by little. Without this church I can't even begin to imagine how hard life would be. By living the church standards everyone can reap so many blessings! There have been many moments in my life where the Holy Spirit has let me know that the church is true and to keep pressing on in it. I didn't ever exactly have an earth shattering experience where I was chucked across a room, or heard a loud booming voice, but I know from the feelings I get about this church that it is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the very best that I can be. I attend church, and love to study the scriptures. Being on a mission right now has strengthened my testimony of the church a thousand times over. The more I get involved with the church the more I understand.
