Hi I'm Scott David Adams

I grew up in Washington, I'm a Super Saiyan and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently going to BYUI. I grew up being naturally Talented at using and adapting computers, whether it was creating web sites or applications or even games. I graduated from Eastlake High School down in Sammamish Washington. Also I like Collectible Card games, normal card games, Board games, and Video Games. I have 3 older siblings and a mom and a dad. Another one of my big passions is a show called Dragonball Z which can be related to the gospel really easily as it is about good versus evil. I created a Facebook page before my mission entitled Future Gohan. After it started to get going I had to choose whether to keep with it or to Serve a mission. The Lord decided for me, I served in Canada for two years! Also I joined Drama team in high school and acted in a few plays. I enjoy acting and stimulating my voice. I love to read. Not only the scriptures but scifi books and medieval books! Better yet scifi medieval books! I suppose I like pretty much anything that is not too physical.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon first off from being born as a Mormon. However I didn't gain a true testimony til I went down to EFY or a club activity for Youth and had a very spiritual experience with having a true change of Heart on how to serve and use my knowledge for my Lord. After accidently sleeping in for an additional hour during a usual 1 hour nap, I went and got a voice telling me to stop. I looked around at saw that nobody was there. I then proceeded to kneel down and pray. The next thing I knew, I heard the same voice say "read". I instantly turned as if inspired to the book of Enos in the Book of Mormon. I very literally have as my favorite scripture of all time as Enos 1:8. Which you will have to read to learn what it says! But I believe that modern day revelation is on this Earth today. Joseph Smith was a prophet called of God, and the Book of Mormon is as true a book as the Holy Bible.

How I live my faith

I was on a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, there is no better way to live my faith then introducing it to other people around the country. I used to help organize the dances for young men and Young women down in the Redmond Stake. The best way to live one's faith is through everyday experiences. Just looking at the eternal perspective at every single one of your choices! Sometimes when you do such a thing people look at you and want to see things from your perspective. That is the perfect opportunity to share my faith in Jesus Christ and say exactly why I Love the Savior. Even though I am back from proselyting in Canada, there are still ways I live my faith. I can go about my church duties and help out in my local communities.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Scott David Adams
The Bible can not be replaced by any other book we believe! It is a true Testament of Jesus Christ! The Book of Mormon is another Testament that is comparable to the Bible that is just about the dealing through the other side of the world with God, and Jesus Christ! Show more Show less

Who wrote the Book of Mormon?

Scott David Adams
As in the book itself, it is an Abridgement of various records, Journals, and books written by the ancient American prophets. Mormon took all these records and wrote them down in a solid gold plates. That is why we call it the Book of Mormon is because they were abridged by him. So they wouldn't be destroyed he gave the plates to his son Moroni to make sure they wouldn't get destroyed and so it could be passed down. The last 2 books are abridged by Moroni. Moroni then hides the plates for our generation to find. Those are the ones who wrote the Book of Mormon! Show more Show less

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Scott David Adams
Luckily for non mormons no. We help all people! We are all children of God, not that mormons are the only children of God but all people! Show more Show less
