Hi I'm Natalie

I am from Alabama. I am a wife, a mother, and an elementary school teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 30ish years old and am married and have two beautiful girls. I have a degree in elementary education and am currently a third grade teacher. I love spending time with my family and especially going shopping and out to lunch with my girls.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know the Gospel is true. I know this because of the sweet, warm feeling I get every time I think about it and any other Gospel principle. I know that anytime I have a problem, am upset or sad, or just need someone to talk to, our Heavenly Father is ready to listen and be there for me. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that He suffered and died so that I can live with Him again. I know that we have been blessed in these latter days with a living prophet who teaches us how we should live so that we can return to our Heavenly Father. I know the Bible and the Book of Mormon are true because when I read them, I feel close to my Savior and Father and it makes me want to learn more and keep reading so I can continue to have that good feeling. One of my favorite gospel principles is the power of prayer. I love the calm, peaceful feeling that I get to let me know that I am loved, cared for, that He is listening and understands, and that everything will be okay as long as I do the things that I am supposed to do. I am thankful for temples and the fact that I know that I can live with my family forever. I pray that I can be an example to my family and others so that my Father in Heaven will be pleased with me and with them for living a life that is like our Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I love serving in my church and community. I am currently serving as secretary in the women's organization at my church. I am in charge of making our monthly newsletter, organizing sign ups for activities such as volunteering at our local Food Bank, and sending out birthday cards to all of the women in our church ward.
