Hi I'm Kyler Campbell

I've lived in Henderson, Nevada my whole life. I come from a big family. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I've been a mormon my entire life. I grew up in a family of twelve and I am the eleventh child. I have nine brothers and two sisters. I have been playing basketball since i was five years old. I played on my high school basketball team and I play in an adult league right now. I also ran cross counrty and track all through high school. I went to state 2 years for cross country and 3 years for track. I also enjoy music. I just learned how to play the guitar and my brothers and I are constantly playing and singing together. I am preparing to go on a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church and baptized when i was 8 years old. I never really knew the gospel was true until i read the Book of Mormon all the way through, and prayed about it. It has helped me and guided me through so mych in my life. I came to a point when i started asking myself, was Joseph Smith a true prophet? I started to wonder if maybe he made it all up. But then it hit me. How could a man with a third grade education completely make up this entire book that is so consistent with the bible and with itself? He had to have guidance from God. At that moment, i knew that he was a true prophet and that the first vision and all the teachings of the church were completely true. I know the Book of Mormon is true and I know the Holy Ghost can help us to know that if we are obedient and keep the commandments. I am so grateful for the gospel and the happiness it brings in my life. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday and I try to participate in every act of service that my ward sets up. I have participated in hometeaching with my brothers and my dad. It feels great to visit families from our ward and catch up with them.
