Hi I'm Trina Kackstaetter

I love the outdoors, I love my family, I love life...I'm a missionary at the Hawaii Temple Visitors Center and I am a Mormon

About Me

I love to hike (especially in Colorado), run (especially trail running), caramel apple cider on a cold day, I have made mistakes and have gotten back up again... I am now serving a mission in the Hawaii Honolulu Mission! And I love it!

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know that there is a God who loves us all and wants us to be happy. I know that the Atonement is real. I know that Jesus Christ and out Heavenly Father knows us personally, by name. He knows you. He loves you and He wants you to come home. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know the He lives. I know the Book of Mormon is true. I know that as we live according to what we learn and what we know, He will bless us. He will help. I have seen the atonement work miracles in my life. I have made big mistakes. I wished I could disappear because of them. Through accepting Jesus Christ and his suffering for me, through telling Him what I was going through and asking for His help, I was helped! I can feel so much peace and comfort inside now. I never thought I could have that. I feel Loved by my Father in Heaven and I know he cares for me and loves me. I am part of His Church because I know that is how we can come home to Him. I want nothing more than to be with that person who loves me so much that He died for me. And I want to help as many as I can come to know that Love that He has for them. He loves you!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best everyday. I am so grateful for the way the gospel of Jesus Christ have helped and blessed my life. Faith in Jesus Christ and His atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy ghost and enduring to the end is what he asks of us. And doing those things bring millions of blessings. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love us and wants us all to return to live with them in Heaven again. I love my faith by helping others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel. No matter what your circumstances are, the Savior and His teachings will help! I am so thankful for the opportunity I have to share with others how they can be even happier in this life and have eternal joy in the next!
