Hi I'm Brenda

I am a mother of four wonderful kids and a grandmother of seven, soon to be nine. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Brenda and I live in Idaho. I am a mother of 4 grown children and a grandmother of 8 soon to be 10. I enjoy exercising, yard work, bike riding and other physical activities. I love spending time with my husband and we love to spend time in the LDS Temple. I love doing things with my children and grandchildren.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe with all my heart that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth in these latter days. There is a prophet on the earth today that received revelation from God for the world. This has been a great blessing as we have raised our family. It has helped us make choices that have brought us so much happiness and blessings. Without this direction I feel that our lives would not have much direction. It has helped us avoid making so many mistakes. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has brought me so much peace in my life and I can not imagine what I would do without it. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. It is another testament of Jesus Christ, that He lives, He is our redeemer and that through his Atonement we can find peace and happiness in this life and live together as families in the life to come.

How I live my faith

I am very involved in my church. I have worked with the young children in our church and also the older young women. I currently teach primary which is teaching a class of about 10 4 year old children. They are so funny. It has been exciting to see them grow up and how much they learn. My husband and I worked in the Temple for just less than a year and we really enjoyed that. We have currently been called to serve a full time mission for 18 months in the Philippines. We are very excited for this opportunity.
