Hi I'm Heidi Stanfield

I thrive on creating things, I am a mother of one, and have a desire to serve. I am a mormon.

About Me

I am 22 years old. I grew up and have lived in Idaho my whole life. I have a one year old boy who has the sweetest spirit. I am married to the man of my dreams who patterns his life from the teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am the youngest of four children. I am a cosmetologist and love taking photos. I love the outdoors, playing with my family and friends, and reading my scriptures. I received my bachelors degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho. I love that place.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My parents are both members, as well as their parents. I was baptized at the age of Eight and have been a faithful member ever since. Through trials, struggles, and a lot of prayers I have come to know how much my Father in Heaven loves me and the rest of his children. I read the Book of Mormon when i was a teenager, and after reading the book and praying to know if it was true, the spirit testified to me that the book was true and so was the church. At that moment i knew that God lives, Christ died for me and my sins, Joseph Smith is a true prophet and restored the church through the help of God and that families can be together forever through the temple. I have such a strong testimony of Faith, Prayer, Temples, Missionary Work, and Repentance. I know that this church is true, and if you are wondering if it is, i ask you to read the Book of Mormon and pray for yourself if it is true. I know that through doing this one will find the truth and be so happy. I am so grateful for the Savior and his sacrifice for me.

How I live my faith

I am in a student single adult ward. I attend Mission Preparation and the rest of my sunday meetings. I am in the ward choir and that has been fun. Right now i am a leader in our Family Home Evening group. This is where we meet every monday as a "family" and have a lesson and activity and just get to know one another feeling the love the Savior has for each one of us.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Heidi Stanfield
The missionaries will talk about the truth of the Gospel. They, with the spirit, will teach about the atonement, the restoration of the church, baptism, repentance, the holy ghost and enduring to the end. They will teach of the plan of salvation.
