Hi I'm Sam Leatham

I was born in Sal Lake City. I have lived there my whole life. I love to play soccer. I am a Mormon

About Me

I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to awesome parents. I am the fifth of six kids and I am a triplet of two boys and a girl. I love to play sports with my friends but most of all I love to play soccer. I am currently going to College and will soon be serving a mission in Rancagua, Chile. I have grown up in an awesome ward and have great friends that have helped me to become who I am today.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this Church is the truest church in the world. The biggest reason is the people of the church and the standards they live by. The people of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are the most caring, loving, and giving people I know. I have a testimony that I know that Christ lives and loves each and every one of us. He died on the cross and atoned for our sins so that we may once again live with our Father in heaven. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is the living prophet on the earth today and that he is guided by the power of the Priesthood which was restored on this earth by the prophet Joseph Smith. I strive to be the best I can to try to live as Christ did and wait for the day that He will come again.

How I live my faith

I have grown up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and have served in many different positions. At the age of 12 I served as the president of the group of kids my age and helped with organizing service projects and helping the other kids my age with anything they needed help with. In high school I served in a youth council that planned for activities that were held with the youth of the church and enjoyed that a lot. Most recently I have been called to serve a full-time mission for the church in Rancagua, Chile where i will spend two years talking to people and teaching them about our church.
