Hi I'm Sister Stefani McClanahan

I am from Idaho. Yes, I love potatoes. I LOVE sports. I like hiking to watch the sunset. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a super duper small town that I absolutely adored! I then attended Colorado Northwestern Community College where I played collegiate basketball and softball for two years while I earned my Associate of Arts. And now I am on my mission in Lubbock, Texas! I love reading, watching movies (I am a huge geek), adventuring outside, writing, snowboarding, sports, and game nights! I am also a fan of witty banter and bad puns. I am a Ravenclaw. And I love the color blue!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this marvelous church. I love feeling the Spirit and acting upon it. I also like reading the Book of Mormon, the more I read it the better it gets. I love learning about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ's Gospel because it makes soo much sense. At times in my life I have felt confused and lost, but after attending a church meeting or praying or reading the scripture I always feel comforted and like I have been put back together again. I know that this church is true because of the many ways it has helped me. And I am soo excited for the opportunity to share it with others!

How I live my faith

I love living my faith! I try to live my faith wherever I go. This has kind of been a challenge as I left my hometown and ventured into college. Especially being on a team, I felt pressure to conform to my team's standards instead of holding fast to my own. However, as I continued to remain steady in my faith, most of my teammates respected and even helped me maintain my standards even if they did not themselves.
