Hi I'm Jenn Clark

I live in DC. I'm a designer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I have been married for a few short weeks. We not only tackled planning a wedding in 3 months, but also finished our first year of medical school together, and closed on a fixer upper house! We have a lot ahead of us. So far, things have fallen gently into place and we have our family, friends, and God to thank. Zach has a natural eye for design and is a risk taking thrift store connoisseur who can tackle any project. He’s not only in a medical school, but also in design school as I teach him the ways of interior design. He’s caught on extremely quickly and is now pointing out designer chairs as we walk through the airport – so proud. I am an interior designer by profession and by heart. My body lives, breaths, and laughs all for the sake of design. I love the satisfactory feeling of making a house into home, a room into a sanctuary and a client into a friend. My eye has been a little more refined through the years of schooling and days of work. I love having spaces organized and I fully believe in the quote, “Form ever follows function.” - Louis Sullivan. Color is my niche. So watch out, I’m not afraid to use it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because even through out the chaos of the world this is the only thing in my life that is constantly pure and true. Not only is there truth in the words of the Book of Mormon but in the structure and organization of the church as well.

How I live my faith

I live my faith on a daily basis. From the moment I wake up and my knees hitting the floor in morning prayer with my husband to saying hello and being kind to a neighbor in passing. I live to love others in such a way that there is no doubt of the goodness and Godliness I stand for.
