Hi I'm Leah Welch

I'm a stay at home Mom. I have a daughter who is almost a year old. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a stay at home Mom while my husband attends school. I have one daughter. I graduated college with a bachelors in Health Science. I love to read and do crafts. I love to travel and see new places. I also love good a conversation.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church but it was never forced on me by my parents. I didn't gain a real testimony of the gospel until I went to college and I was on my own. I read the Book of Mormon all the way through for the first time in college and I got on my knees to pray if it was all true. And the spirit talked to me and told me that it was. And ever since then I have never deviated from that truth and that spirit.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday while I raise my daughter and support my husband with school. My husband and I are Assistant Librarians for our ward. But we try to participate in everything we can. We love are ward choir and we are always asked to be apart of the stake choir. We both try our best to be great home and visiting teachers. I especially have a strong testimony of visiting teaching and how it can impact our lives.

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

Leah Welch
We believe that those drinks are harmful to the body so we don't drink them. The law that we live by to keep our bodies is called the Word of Wisdom. We eat and drink things that are good for the body. Show more Show less
