Hi I'm Spencer Christensen

I enjoy sports, the outdoors, and making people smile. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Spencer, born and raised in Utah. I just recently graduated High School and I am now currently preparing to serve in the Uruguay Montevideo West Mission, I can't wait to get out there and serve! I love sports, especially basketball and football, and I love being outdoors, learning new things, meeting new people, and being around my friends and family. I love making people laugh and smile! I always try to enjoy life to the fullest.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the incredible amount of happiness it brings into my life! I've grown up in the church and always felt that it was true, but when I was a teenager and was going through some rough times I turned to my Heavenly Father and he was always there for me. I had the feeling that I should read the Book of Mormon on my own and pray about its truthfulness. I did exactly that, I read at my own pace and read the whole thing. I prayed the whole time I was reading and I received answer after answer that the Book of Mormon and this Church are both true, and that I needed to continue my studying and prepare myself for a mission. This was the best decision I've ever made in my life. It has blessed me so much and brought so much joy and happiness to me!! I love this Church with all my heart! And I do my best everyday to live its teachings and serve others just as my Savior did, and that's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I attend Church regularly and study the scriptures every day. I love helping people with whatever they might need and going home teaching to some wonderful families in my ward. I have been called as a Ward Missionary and I try to fulfill my calling to the best of my abilities, I love learning about this Church and sharing what I learn with others.
