Hi I'm Shanese

I grew up in the middle of Utah in a single parent home. I know that Heavenly Father loves us. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hiking, running, reading and studying everything I can about the medical world is what I do in my free time. I grew up as an only child but later through facebook came to know some siblings that I didn't know about and meet my biological father for the first time at age 16. I have an ambition to travel all around the world and explore the many cultures that I dream about. I plan on being a Doctor but also plan on being poor for the rest of my life. I love this beautiful world and believe that we take it for granted.

Why I am a Mormon

This is what brings me joy. To know that I am a daughter of a Heavenly Father, to know that I can be with my Family for eternity, and to know that I can through the Atonement return to My Heavenly Father is a great blessing. I'm apart of this because this is the truth and the way. I know because I feel the fruits of the spirit each hour of my life.

How I live my faith

Right now I'm serving a full time mission. I spend all my time spreading the Gospel or rather Good News to those around me. Each day, I help others grow spiritually so that they can have a stronger relationship with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.

What is faith?

Shanese
"And now as I said concerning faith—faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true." Alma 32: 21 More than knowing, more than seeing. Faith is hoping for those things we haven't seen. Faith is action, it means putting our heart and our trust to our Heavenly Father and continuing forward in following Jesus Christ. As you continue to follow Christ your faith grows in understanding, in knowledge in wisdom. Show more Show less
