Hi I'm Kristine

I love to be active and healthy. I am a mom, a wife, and a dietitian. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 24 years old and I love each day of my life! I am married to a wonderful husband and we have a 1 year old boy. We love to spend time together, especially in the outdoors. I love nutrition and am a Registered Dietitian. I also have a passion for music! I love playing the piano, and the feeling that good music brings in my life. The most important thing to me is my family, and I am so grateful that through the gospel of Jesus Christ, I can live with them forever.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have felt the truthfulness of the gospel burn deep within my heart. I know with a surety that this is the true church upon the earth. I was sent to the earth to receive a body so that I can become like my Heavenly Father. We all came to earth to receive joy and to live with Heavenly Father once again. This is possible through the atonement of Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because I know that I can be forgiven of my sins and become clean. I am a Mormon because through the temple I can live with my husband and family forever. I am a Mormon because it gives me purpose and direction in my life. I am a Mormon. I know it. I live it. And I love it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving each day to do the best I can. I pray each day, and it brings me peace and comfort. Through praying and reading the scriptures, I can be guided in my life to make right decisions. I live my faith by keeping standards of clean language, moral purity, keeping the Lord's commandments, being healthy, and being honest in all I do.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

Kristine
We increase our faith by having a desire to increase it. Then we act. When we do small things such as praying or going to church then it is planting a seed in our hearts. As we continue to nourish this seed, then it will grow and our faith with grow stronger and stronger. It will increase our testimonies that Jesus Christ lives and is always there for us. Why do Mormons perform proxy baptisms in their temples?

Kristine
Being baptized is an essential step in making it back to live with our Heavenly Father someday. Through baptism we become more like our Savior, and be more clean and pure. Mormons perform baptism for the dead because everyone (living or dead) is in need of the blessings that come with baptism. Show more Show less
