Hi I'm Kaeley

I was born in Xiamen, China; but when I was 11 months old, I was adopted by my single mother. I'm a Mormon

About Me

Right now I attend Brigham Young University–Idaho. My major is International Studies with an emphasis in Health Sciences and a minor in Chinese. I love to read books, eat, spend time with my friends and family, and discuss deep issues. I'm originally from Seattle, so I come from diversity and have developed a love of learning about other cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a member of this church because it makes me happy. I love the standards and how much sense they make to me. I've realized that when I follow the standards, I feel better. I've realized that a testimony is something you have to work for; I've realized that if you look for the Lord in your life you will find him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the little things that sometimes are hard. I try my best every day to make my prayers more meaningful and to read my scriptures. Right now, I serve as one of the gospel doctrines teachers in my university singles ward. It's challenging, but I don't think I've ever learned more.
