Hi I'm Audrey

I am from Utah, I have a wonderful husband of five years, a puppy of two years, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play the piano, read, and cook. I worked as a Surgical Technologist (assisted during surgeries) for many years and am now a stay at home puppy mom. I married my wonderful husband five years ago and we are both just loving life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, my parents are members so I attended church with them. I suppose the choice to really continue living what I had been taught came in high school when I saw kids making choices that would start leading them down paths that weren't exactly the best. I made the decision then to make my goals and stick to choices that would lead me to those goals. I wanted to be healthy, get married in the temple, and live a happy life. I chose good friends who shared my values and I tried to be a good example to others. Looking back, had I given into following a different crowd and doing what was 'popular' or 'cool' I wouldn't be where I am today. Because I chose to remain close to my Heavenly Father through prayer and daily scripture study I was able to follow the promptings that led me to meeting my wonderful husband. I testify that if you are living the commandments of God and doing what you can to be an instrument in His hands He will guide you to where you need to be. He loves us, and wants to see every one of us succeed in this life. We are here to be good people, serve others and be happy. I am so grateful for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, it has taught me innumerable lessons about how to live my life and deal with challenges with a smile. I am so grateful I get to wake up every day with the knowledge that I have of our Savior and what He expects of me.

How I live my faith

In the past I have been the pianist for the children's singing time in two of our wards. Currently my husband and I are teaching the four and five year old's in our ward about the simple truths of the Gospel; they are such a joy and I love them all.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

No! Did Jesus only help Jews? Or did he help only the people that were nice to him? No! Jesus said for us to love everyone, and if you love others then you serve them. Our goal is to be like Christ, so, we help those who stand in need; regardless of race, religion, or appearance. Show more Show less
