Hi I'm Benjamin

I grew up in Utah. I am part of a loving family. I am serving a mission in North Carolina and I am so happy serving the Lord.

About Me

I love people, I care about and enjoy serving them. One of the most important parts of my life is my family and spending time with them. I get so much joy out of just spending time with the wonderful people God has put into my life. Life is hard sometimes, but life is wonderful most of the time and I wouldn't change a thing about what God has given me.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this church. But, I have chosen to pray to God about the importance of knowing if this is the church that He has placed on the earth. I know that there are so many churches on the earth that has parts of the truth. But, it is the church that He directed and organized that has all of the truths of the gospel and all of the necessary ordinances for our salvation. I know that the truth of God is the only way we can experience true peace.

How I live my faith

I study the holy scriptures daily. I pray several times each day to show gratitude and to ask for things that I need or others need. I know that God is real and that He hears and answers us when we speak to Him. I have had trials and challenges in my life and it was when I turned to Him in prayer that I received comfort and peace.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Benjamin
All that we have is a gift from our Heavenly Father. He only asks for us to give one tenth of our income to build up His church. I freely and gratefully pay my tithing. I am grateful for all that He gives me. Show more Show less
