Hi I'm Brett

I love to play soccer, I doodle in my free time, I'm good at making goat calls, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

As of now I am going through the stage of life where I'm trying to decide what I want to do for a living. I have done a little bit of computer science and am also interested in going into architecture. In my free time I enjoy adventuring the lovely mountain by my house with my friends. There's awesome foothills to climb and scenes to look at; adventuring at its finest. I also enjoy playing some good old street soccer, even though I may not be very good I still try! Whenever a pen and paper are present I doodle it up! I've grown up in the church my whole life and am thankful for my loving parents who have set wonderful examples for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have personally gained a testimony of The Book of Mormon. Through reading, pondering, praying, and time I have been able to gain a testimony of The Book of Mormon. Once we have a testimony of this book then the gates of truth open up. Because of this I know that we have a Loving Father in Heaven who has a divine plan for us that through it we can live with Him and our families for eternity. I love everything about being a Mormon, its what brings purpose and true joy to my everyday life.

How I live my faith

Some ways I live my faith is by being courageous. For a while I used to be pretty shy and scared about sharing what I believe in. Over time I started to realize how much being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints meant to me. I know that I'm blessed to have the knowledge that I have today and that others can benefit from it too if I share it with them. So I try to share this with others through example and conversing. Talking to strangers is hard. Talking to strangers and sharing your beliefs with them is even harder! But if I have courage and faith then I know that Heavenly Father will help me say what needs to be said. That's how I do my best to live my faith.
