Hi I'm Garrett

I grew up in Utah. I am 20 years old, I am a Surgical Technologist, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 20 year old serving a mission. I love playing sports or doing anything outside, like lacrosse, soccer, skiing, and hiking. I am a Surgical Technologist, and love to work in surgeries every day. I am currently using all my time and effort as service as a Mormon Missionary.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have received a witness from the Holy Ghost that this in reality Christ's church restored on the earth. I originally was born in the church, but after much prayer and study, I have come to know for myself that it is true. My testimony grows each day, and I feel the Spirit constantly. I have felt incredible blessings, and couldn't imagine life without the peace and comfort of the Gospel in my life.

How I live my faith

Currently I serve a mission, which means that I go around for 2 years sharing and spreading the Gospel with those who have not had the chance to hear about it. I love to study the Gospel through the scriptures and going to church, and have felt it change my life, especially over the past year. The Gospel is now who I am, and I strive every day to be a better person and disciple of Jesus Christ.

What do Mormons believe about family?

We believe that our families here on earth are incredibly important to God, and are blessings given directly from him. We know that through God's plan for us, we can live with our families even after death. Families truly can together forever, if we follow the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
