Hi I'm Drew

I'm a Mormon anesthesiologist in the US Army and was deployed to Afghanistan where I served in a Spanish hospital.

About Me

I am married to a beautiful and loving wife and have three children with her which I consider to be one of my greatest accomplishments. I have served in the US Army for twelve years. I lived very close to the Pentagon and drove along the freeway just 30 minutes before the plane hit it on 9/11/2001. I served at that terrible site for 36 straight hours doing whatever I could to help the workers there. My wife worked on Capitol Hill and had been evacuated that morning. I still remember the feeling of literally being under attack on US soil. To this day, i am grateful and honored to be a member of the US Army where I can do my part to support those who were continuing to protect this great country from those who would do us harm.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the Holy Spirit has confirmed to me that there is a true and living God, Jesus Christ is my Saviour, the Holy Bible and The Book of Mormon contain the words of His prophets and that we have a true and living prophet today.

How I live my faith

I love Jesus Christ and am trying everyday to walk as he would walk, do as he would do, and talk as he would talk. I rely on the Holy Spirit to help guide me, comfort me, and reveal to me the truths in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
