Hi I'm Jennifer Smith

I'm a Mormon. Have been all my life. I am happily married, graduated from SVU and am about to become a new mom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from SVU with bachelors in Music and Theater. I am also happily married to a great, worthy priesthood holder. I love marching band, musical theater, movies, books, and being with my friends and family. My life may seem crazy, but it is fun and not really boring. I also am about to become a new mom to a beautiful daughter from a wonderful Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

Why would I not be a Mormon? I was born into the church through parents that love each other and raised me in such a way I wish to teach my children in the future. I have been raised to respect everyone, no matter what religion, race, who you love, or whatever, stand for who I am, and know that I am precious in the sight of the Lord. It may not always be easy, but what is? If you really love something, you have to work on it everyday. I know this church has truth in it, Thomas S. Monson is the living prophet, and I know the Lord puts things in my life that I need.

How I live my faith

I am a teacher for the Nursery, 18 months to 3 years, in the ward. There all smart, quiet, and fun kids. They help me learn what and how to teach my children for the fast coming future. And I am blessed to know how close they really are to our Heavenly Father.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is like drawing a picture, creating music, or being in a play. You put in effort to make it the best YOU can make it. There are times when you must depend on others, the Lord, friends, and family, to help you get over the challenge of the piece you are working on. Sometimes the best way is to forget yourself and just do it, share what you have done, finished or not, with others because you never know how it will bless not just yourself, but those around you, whether you know it or not.
