Hi I'm Annalee

I grew up in Spanish Fork, Utah. I am a stay at home homeschooling mom of 5! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been married for 17 years. My husband and I love to be in and around the water. We fish, swim, and sail in our local waters. I love hiking, gardening (but not pulling weeds...), cooking(but not washing dishes...), and looking after my kids. I home school our 5 children.(an extremely difficult, yet awesome experience).

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon. I grew up in a happy, loving home. I went to Church on Sundays and came home feeling so happy. I didn't know why I was so happy until I was in high school, and realized that I had been feeling the Holy Spirit and gaining a testimony my entire life. That happy feeling, (warm, tingly, kinda makes tears come to my eyes) was/is the Holy Spirit. When I realized what feeling the Holy Ghost was like, I was able to recognize it every day. The Holy Spirit testifies to me that Jesus Christ lives, that he suffered in Gethsemene for me (and you), that he made it possible to have eternal life, that we have a loving Father in Heaven, that the Bible and Book of Mormon are testaments of Jesus Christ, that Joseph Smith truly saw and spoke to our Heavenly Father and our brother Jesus Christ, that, through him, the Gospel was restored to the earth, that he was a Prophet of God, and that we now have a Prophet to lead us on Earth today, Thomas S. Monson. I am a Mormon, because I cannot deny what the Holy Spirit has testified to me.

How I live my faith

I have worked with children in some kind of capacity for 17 years. I've been looking after toddlers while parents attend Sunday meetings, teaching a Sunday School class for youngsters, working with girls in and Activity Day group, and working with boys in the Cub Scout program. I also visit with a few women each month to share a Gospel message, but mostly just to chat and 'bear one another's burdens'.
