Hi I'm Jordan

I'm Jordan, I am a proud husband, a member of the United States Air Force, a college student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I loved playing and participating in high school sports. I still am a huge sports fan. I am attending college and majoring in Spanish. I enjoy flying as a private pilot. For two years I was blessed enough to be able to go on a mission trip to Chile. I love the South American people and Latin culture. I also love to sing in choirs and I enjoy dancing when no one else is watching me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I have searched out and sought answers and understanding from God, and I have felt it. I have felt and now know that these things are true only because I did my own search. I prayed, read the scriptures, went to church, and kept praying! And without a doubt I know these things are true. They make so much sense to me. There is no way I could ever deny what I have felt or have come to know.

How I live my faith

I just returned home from a two year mission trip to Chile where I learned many things about how to help people in many ways, but the biggest thing I learned and that I continue discovering is how my Heavenly Father knows and loves me. I wake up every morning and spend one hour reading the scriptures, then throughout the day I have those scriptures in my mind and I am able to look for opportunities to apply them and to put them into practice. Every Tuesday we have an event for college aged students called Institute, it's a place where we can go and learn more and discuss things about the Bible and Jesus Christ. Then there is the church meetings we have every Sunday, I love going to church because I find myself feeling the happiness and love that my Father has for me.
