Hi I'm Samuel Clark

I am 19, I am a Missionary, I am serving in Brazil and I ove being Mormon.

About Me

I am a full time missionary for The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am serving in the Brasilia, Brazil mission. I am 100% sure this is what I need to be doing right now and would not have it any other way. I love serving and I love this church. Serving the Lord is the best thing I have ever done and I want everyone I come in contact with to feel the love that I feel from my Heavenly Father. I left my family, friends, rugby and school at home in order to fufil my duty and I do not regret it one bit. I lived in Virginia and loved it. Even though I was heavily out numbered in my faith, I stayed true to my beliefs and tried to be an example for all those around me. I love this church with all my heart and will serve with all my might, mind, and heart to bring the joy I feel evey day to as many people as I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so glad that I was born into the church. My home life is happy and peaceful because my family and I will be together forever, even after death. I know who I am and where I stand. Life is so much easier when your values are clear. Everything that I love, have the most respect for and my favorite memories have all had to do with the church in some way or another. The gospel is the center of my life and I could never see it any other way.

How I live my faith

Right now my life is fully devoted to the lord while I serve a full time mission. I wake up at 6:30 am and devote my entire day to Him until I go to bed at 9:30 pm. Premission: My life is centered around the church. My dad works as a educator for the church but is also the ecclesastical leader of our congregation. My mom is the early morning seminary teacher too. Not a conversation at the dinner table or car ride goes by without something about our faith comes up. We love it. Always having our faith as the base of our lives makes life so much more enjoyable. I have been in the youth program since I was 12 and have held many leadership positions as I have grown up. I live the standards of the church because I want to be worthy of serving a mission in less than a year!! I make sure people know where my standards are and what i believe in. I am always ready to share my beliefs and I make sure people know where I stand. People sometimes tell me they could not live the way I do because they could not give up this or that. The gospel is not a sacrifice, it is a blessing that needs to be worked for.
