Hi I'm Kayli

I'm an Army wife, a mother of two boys and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my amazing husband for seven wonderful years! We have been in the Army for almost four! Since we joined the military, my husband has been gone more than he has been home. Knowing that our family will last forever makes it easier! We have two amazing little boys. I am a stay at home mom, working on a degree in child development. I love to write and have a small blog. And I love being a member of this church!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know it in my heart, that this religion is true. I've been one my whole life and time and time again I see the hand of the Lord in my life. There is a peace I feel in this Gospel. One that lets me know I am not alone. That even when my husband is away and I'm worried about this and that, there is a loving Heavenly Father just a prayer away. I know that He hears our prayers. I have felt His love when the heartache seemed too much. He gives me the strength to do what I need to do. I couldn't do this without knowing that there is a God above who loves me, who blesses me, who watches over my husband. There is a peace I find as a military wife that my marriage to my husband is eternal. That should the worst happen, we are together forever. This truth alone surpasses any doubt I could ever feel. Families can be together forever, not just until death. I know that this is all with thanks to Jesus Christ. Without the atonement in the Garden and His death on the cross, this wouldn't be possible. I know that what my husband and I have will last forever, as we strive to live by the promises we've made. I know that Jesus Christ lives. I have felt His love. I know that I have a loving Heavenly Father who has given me the tools I need to return to live with him again. And for those things I am eternally grateful.

How I live my faith

We recently moved and haven't received our callings yet! But I am so excited to find out where we will get to serve in our new ward. I have served in Nursery several times, Young Womens, Cub Scouts, Activity Committee and as a Primary Secretary.
